The staff are the best here! They are so helpful and friendly, they gladly help you with all your questions and really look after you! Honestly this place its the nicest place I have stayed in Lima during the 5 times I have been in LIma. There is a really fun and homey atmosphere at Condor's House. Great free breakfast, and common areas with bikes for rent, tv, free movies to watch, books, couches, etc. The only thing is I wish a towel was included in the price of the room, instead of costing 3 soles. They actually have nice hot water showers 24/7 though, and comfy beds. This place is a little hard to find the first time because there is no sign outside. But is a nice hideaway kind of place and within walking distance to the beach and all the good Miraflores shopping. The staff really make it worthwhile to stay here, they are very friendly and extremely helpful with navigating any part of Lima. They speak English and Spanish and other languages. Highly recommended!

I had to spend one night in Lima and wanted to be in Miraflores. The location of this hotel is great, close to Pardo avenue and Costa Verde park, quite block, the prices seem reasonable, they have a place to store luggage and were very nice to do that. Staff seems very nice. They can do pick up for you, which is about 10 soles more than it would be by getting a taxi yourself (negotiating it should be about 35-40 soles, maybe less if you are a local). However, they have a dog there, cute and adorable, Chevere, I would go back just because of the dog :) I would recommend but don't expect luxury.
The place is a bit old and the sheets seemed dirty, pick up seems a bit too expensive, but that is the running rate for hotels, breakfast is just bread, jam and coffee, need to wash your own dishes. Compared to another hostel I have seen in the area this one seems a bit too basic and old.
